Vatican City (VAT)

Vatican City is the only wholly independent nation of the world without an International Olympic Committee (IOC)-recognized National Olympic Committee. It has never competed at the Olympic Games, and it is highly unlikely that we will ever wholey see Vatican athletes at the Olympics.
