Olympic Review

The Olympic Review is the official journal of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). It has been published under various titles relatively continuously since 1894. Originally published by Pierre de Coubertin, its first title was Bulletin du Comité International des Jeux Olympiques. From 1901 to 1914, it first took its current name in French, Revue Olympique. From 1938 to 1944, it was published in Berlin with the German title Olympische Rundschau, although French and English editions were also available. Other titles used during its publishing history include Bulletin du Comité International Olympique, Bulletin Officiel du Comité International Olympique, Pages de critique et d’histoire, and Lettre d’information/Newsletter/Carta información. It is now published monthly in English, French, German, and Spanish. Since 1970, the official title has remained Olympic Review, Revue Olympique, Olympische Rundschau, and Revista Olimpica, depending on the language of publication.
