The equestrian competitions were held in and around the Beerschot Stadium. Both individual and team jumping were held, although they were conducted concurrently. The team jumping champions, Sweden, also won a Challenge Prize, a gold statue that had been donated by the King of Italy. There was only one round of competition in the jumping. The individual gold medal was won by Italian Tommaso Lequio di Assaba.
