Pala, Doubles, Men

In the pala event of pelota basque, the ball is played with a large but narrow bat (pala - or pala larga to distinguish from the pala corta). As all Paris events, this match was played on a court (frontón) with only a back wall (frontis). The pala match was between two-player teams.

As most of the matches in Paris, a Spanish team played a French team. The Spanish beat the French Etcheverry brothers with 40-24.
