There were 8,050 competitors overall in the 29 different events. This event was a shooting competition for youths, with 112 shooters eventually classified. The event was won by André Vildary of La Rochelaise de la Rochelle with 35 points and 5 balls on target. He was tied by Georges Tolson of l’Espérance de Charleville, but Vildary won the tiebreaker and the competition.
