German curler Sebastian Stock (not related to his teammate Andrea Stock), finished sixth with the German team at the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics. In 2002 and 2004, Stock won the European Championships and gained a silver medal at the 2004 Worlds. Domestically, he played with EC Oberstdorf, before later moving to Switzerland where he became chief national coach in 2017.
