Born in China as Wu Xianchun, she won shot put representing her birth country at the University Games in 1995, raching a personal best of 19,43 the same season. At the Asian Games in 1998, she competed for Thailand under her new Thai name of Juttaporn Krasaeyan, winning a bronze medal, and she had the same placing at the Games four years later. In 2002 however, she won the gold medal at the Asian Championships, and she was selected to represent Asia at the World Cup. Since then her best throws has been in the 16-17 m area, coming 5th at the Asian Championships 2007. She also competed in the 1999 World Championship, failing to qualify for the final.
