Noengrothai Chaipetch began her high jump career by coming third in the Asian Junior Championships 2001, two years later she acquired the same medal in the Asian Championships. In 2004 she raised the national record to 1,91 and qualified for the Athens Olympics. In 2006 she came 8th in the Asian Games, and in 2007 she competed in the University Games, without being able to reach the level of performance from 2004.
