Biography

Magdalena Mróz was a Polish tennis player who played professionally from 1988 to 1998. Mróz achieved a career-best singles ranking of #192 in the world in February 1994, and a doubles ranking of #91 in the world in June 1994.

Mróz was a three-time national singles champion and a five-time national doubles champion. A mainstay on the Fed Cup, Mróz played in the most ties and had the most Fed Cup wins for Poland (through 2022). Primarily a doubles player, she won 11 ITF titles during her career along with one singles title. At the 1992 Barcelona Olympics Mróz partnered with Katarzyna Teodorowicz but the pair lost in the first round.
