Biography
Henry Krawczyk grew up in Poland but emigrated to the United States and competed for the New York Athletic Club. He later directed the Sebago Canoe Club in New York. Krawczyk stayed involved in the sport as a national and international official, a coach and manager for US international teams, and competed in masters events. USA Canoe/Kayak later gave him their Lifetime Achievement Award for his dedication to the sport.
