Biography

Prior to the 2010 Winter Olympics, Morgan Arritola raced twice at the Junior Worlds and in 2008, was second at the US Nationals in the 30 km and the pursuit race. In 2006 she was also second at US Nationals in the 10 km classical and the 15 km freestyle. After the Vancouver Games, Arritola turned her attention more to running, specifically mountain running, winning a bronze medal at the 2012 World Mountain Running Championships, and leading the United States to a team gold. In 2013 she won the US title in that sport on the Cranmore Hill Climb in Conway, New Hampshire.
