Pavel Krotov was a Russian freestyle skier who competed in the aerials. Krotov made his début at the FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup in January 2011 and won his first individual title a year later at Mont Gabriel, Canada. He won a team title in December 2019 and another individual title in February 2020.
Krotov competed at the 2014 Sochi Olympics where he finished in 10th place. Four years later at the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics he just missed out on a medal when he finished in fourth place. At the 2021 FIS Freestyle World Ski Championships Krotov won a team gold and an individual bronze.
In March 2023 Krotov died in his sleep after suffering a brain haemorrhage. He was 30.
