Biography

Austrian track & field athlete and swimmer Cornelius von Lubowiecki was the national champion in discus throw in 1900 and therefore qualified for the Paris Olympics that year. At Paris he then missed the qualification due to a misunderstanding but was allowed to perform his attempts at a later point in time, with unknown results. Nevertheless, he was not listed for the final round. He was also nominated for the 400 and the 800 metres but did not start.
