Munich-born Tanja Klein was an Austrian cyclist participating at the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics. She competed in the road race (22nd) and the individual time trial (23rd), and also on the track in the points race, finishing 16th. Klein won the Austrian national road championships three times, in 1995-96 and 1998.
