Víctor Chirinos was a Venezuelan cyclist who was active during the late 1950s and early 1960s. In 1960 Chirinos was selected to compete at the Roma Olympics, where he came 23rd in the 100 kilometres team time trial. His older brother Arsenio also rode in the same event, as well as on both the road and track at the 1956 Melbourne Olympics.
