Christian Cuch was fourth at the 1963 World Championships with the French pursuit team. In 1964 he rode on the winning pursuit team at the French Championships, which placed him on the 1964 French Olympic team. Cuch rode only briefly after the 1964 Olympics, placing 10th at Paris-Barentin in 1965 and he was runner-up in 1967 at the Grand Prix de Saint-Aigulin.
