Frank Elliott competed as a professional in 1932 and 1933. He won the 1932 six-days of Vancouver, and in 1933 placed second in a six-day race in Detroit. That year he also placed third in the Trans-Canada race, winning one stage during the event. He was active in the late 1920s and 1930s as an amateur cyclist and won numerous honors in northwest regional long distance and marathon events.
