Miloš Hrazdíra had a long career as a cyclist in Czechoslovakia. He rode in the Tour de l’Avenir five times (1967, 1971, 1976, 1978, 1979), with a best finish of second in 1976. Hrazdíra was Czechoslovak road race champion in both 1973 and 1982. He also rode the Peace Race five times (1968, 1972, 1974, 1976, 1981), placing third in 1974.
