Biography

Toivo Hörkkö was a Finnish cyclist who represented Viipurin Urheilijat in Helsinki during the 1920s. In 1924 Hörkkö was selected to compete for Finland at the Paris Olympics. He finished 56th in the individual road race, almost two hours behind the winning time, and 13th in the combined team event.
