Henry O’Brien rode for the Century Road Club and competed for the United States in the road race at both the 1928 and 1932 Olympics. O’Brien later rode some 6-day races through the 1930s, winning 16 of the 56 6-day races in which he competed, including one in 1934 with Cecil Yates, who was a renowned 6-day racer in that era. O’Brien, based in California, was born and died there.
