Park Jong-Hyeon was a South Korean cyclist who was active in the early 1960s. Park was one of four Korean cyclists who were selected to compete at the 1960 Roma Olympics. At the Games he finished 30th in the 100 kilometres team time trial but was unable to finish in the individual road race.
