Louis Pesch was an amateur cyclist from Luxembourg who was active during the early 1920s. In 1924 Pesch was selected to compete for his country at the Paris Olympics. He finished 39th in the individual road race, almost one hour behind the race winner, and eighth in the combined team event. Pesch was 54-years-old when he died after a short illness in February 1959. The following year the Grand Prix Louis Pesch was held by the cycling club VC Elva in the small town of Ellange.
