Guglielmo Segato was second in the Giro del Veneto in 1931. After the 1932 Olympic Games he turned professional and took part in the 1933 Giro d’Italia, finishing 33rd. Shortly thereafter he finished his professional career, went to France and continued to compete in cycling races. After the war Segato returned to Italy and opened a print shop in the Veneto province.
