Panya Singprayool-Dinmuong was a Thai cyclist who represented the national team during the 1970s. In 1972 Singprayool-Dinmuong was selected to ride in both the road race and the team time trial at the München Olympics, finishing 34th with his compatriots in the latter. Four years later he rode in the same two events at the Montréal Olympics where the Thai team placed 25th in the time trial.
