Herbert Jeglić

Herbert Jeglić was a Slovenian handball referee who had a lengthy career officiating in multiple international tournaments. Jeglić often worked with compatriot Štefan Jug, which saw the pair officiate at 11 editions of the IHF World Championships, as well as the Olympics in Seoul and Barcelona. Later in his career he was a delegate at the Sydney and Athina Olympics, in addition to serving as the President of the Expert Committee of the Slovenian Referees Association. Jeglić also worked as a coach in the sport for both local sides and the Slovenian women’s youth national team.
