Biography
Henry Case was a member of the Oil City Golf Club of Oil City, Pennsylvania, and in 1901 became secretary-treasurer of that club. Case did not qualify for match play at the 1904 Olympic golf tournament. In qualifying for the consolation flights, Case shot 91 and made the first flight only to lose his first match.
