A member of the Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio, Harry Fraser joined up with the make shift team which finished third in the 1904 Olympic team golf event. In addition, Fraser qualified for the match play in the individual event, but lost in the first round to Chandler Egan. His only other appearance in a major event was the 1907 U.S. Amateur, where he lost in the second round after defeating Olympian Walter Egan in round one.
