Zbigniew Łój was a Polish hockey goalkeeper who competed at the 1972 München Olympics. He also competed at the 1970 European Championships and earned 16 caps, as the goalkeeper of the Polish team from 1969-72. Łój competed for HKS Siemianowiczanka from 1959-74, helping them to runner-up finishes at the Polish Championship in 1970 and indoors in 1964-66, 1968, and 1974.
Łój graduated from the Basic Vocational School as a locksmith and was a long-time employee of the Jedność steelworks. He was named an Honored Master of Sports in 1972.
