Edouard Siegrist played for the Black Boys Hockey Club in Genève from around 1945 to the early 1950s. His multiple international appearances were highlighted with his selection to the Swiss Olympic team to compete in the 1948 London Olympics. There, he played in all three games, but did not register any points. The Swiss team finished with one win and two ties, but ultimately did not accumulate enough points to advance past the preliminary round.
