Megan Donnelly played hockey (field) for the University of Massachusetts, making first-team All-American all four years at the Amherst school. In 1986 she won the Broderick Award, given to the nation’s top field hockey player. Donnelly led the Minutemen to the 1982 Final Four. She was also a two-time Academic All-American. After playing at the 1988 Olympics, Donnelly earned an MBA degree from the University of North Carolina. She subsequently became vice-president at Wachovia Bank (later Wells Fargo) in Atlanta.
