Biography
Josué Delgado was entered in the 1960 800 metres and 4x400 metre relay for Puerto Rico. However, the Puerto Rican Olympic Committee did not have the funds to send him to Roma, and he did not compete. Delgado ran in college for City College of New York, anchoring their sprint medley relay at the 1959 Penn Relays.
