Andrew Boyd fenced team épée for the US at the 1936 and 1948 Olympics. Boyd was from Los Angeles in the 1930s and represented the Los Angeles Athletic Club. He worked for a few years after World War II as a stock and bond trader, and was a member of the New York Stock Exchange. Boyd later returned to California where he owned an auto parts store in Bishop, California.
