Arno Frank coached the Brazilian basketball team at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. He was an athlete with Fluminense, and then became coach and manager at that club, helping the basketball team win the 1927 Carioca Championship. In 1943 he became coach of Fluminense’s football team, and became the club superintendent, holding that position until 1950, when he became administrator of Maracanã Stadium.
