Moustafa Reyadh joined Tersana SC’s youth squad in the 1950s at the encouragement of his brother Muhammad, who played on the team. As a senior, Moustafa spent from 1958 through 1971, and again from 1973 through 1976, nearly his entire professional career, with Tersana, winning a Premier League title in 1963 and the Egypt Cup in 1965 and 1967. His talents led to him becoming a rare player from the club to make the Egyptian national team, and he was selected to represent his country in the tournament at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. There, Egypt performed well, but lost the bronze medal match to Germany 3-1.
Reyadh had more success in other tournaments, taking gold at the 1965 Arab Games, silver at the Africa Cup of Nations in 1962, and bronze at that competition in 1963 and 1970. Professionally, he made a handful of appearances with the Kuwaiti team Al-Salmiya SC from 1971 and 1973, but returned to Egypt to close out his career with Tersana.
