Alphonse Roubichou studied painting in Paris, becoming a painter of landscapes and still lifes. In 1894, he participated in the inaugural exhibition of the Salon des Cent. He worked in Serres-sur-Arget in the department of Ariège and, mainly, in Paris. Roubichou exhibited several times at the Salon d’Automne shortly after 1900. At the Salon des Artistes Français, he was awarded bronze and silver medals in 1924 and 1925, respectively. He never married.
