Jack Deal was a soccer forward who played professionally in the American Soccer League, the Eastern Professional Soccer League, and the Allied American Football Association from 1928-38. He played with the US national team in 1928, earning two caps, one at the 1928 Olympics, and one in a friendly tie against Poland after the Olympics. Deal’s professional career started with Wolfenden Shore FC. He then played for the Philadelphia Centennials, the New York Hispano, the Newark Skeeters, the Philadelphia German-Americans, the Brooklyn Hispano, and finally ending his career with the Philadelphia Passion.
