Biography
Hellanikos won the boy’s boxing title at Olympia in 424 BCE. His younger brother, Theantos, won the same title at the next Olympiad in 420 BCE. Their father, Alkainetos, had won the men’s boxing title at Olympia in 444 BCE, after winning the boys’ boxing title in 456 BCE.
