Praxidamas also won five times at Isthmia and three at Nemea. Pindar wrote that Praxidamas’ family won more athletic titles than any other in Greece. When his son, Alcimidas, won the boys’ wrestling at Nemea, it was the 25th victory in a crown festival by a member of his family.
