Biography
Megan Gallagher attended Cal State Fullerton, graduating in 1986 with a degree in physical education, where she played on the basketball team. She won a gold medal at the 1987 Pan American Games, and played on the winning team at the 1986 Pan American Championships. Gallagher also won a bronze medal at the 1986 US Olympic Festival. Gallagher earned all-tournament honors in basketball at the 1985 Women’s National Invitational Tournament.
