Greg Caccia was a tennis player at Pfeiffer University who received honorable mention on the NAIA All-American teams. He was team MVP his last three years at Pfeiffer. After college he briefly played professional tennis. Prior to the 1996 Olympics, Caccia played handball at the 1994 Goodwill Games, and the 1995 Pan American Games and World Championships.
Caccia initially worked as a sales rep for Accumetrics, but turned this into a career working for various medical companies as a sales rep and manager, including Accriva Diagnostics, Zoll Medical, and EarlySense.
