Biography

Robert Hillery played handball for the US at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. At the time he was working as a New York City firefighter. Hillery attended Nassau Community College after he had played soccer (football) in high school in New York City. Hillery won a bronze medal at the 1985 World Junior Championships in handball, won silver medals at the 1985 and 1986 US Olympic Festivals, and was a member of the 1988 US Championship team.
