Russian-born judoka Sergej Klischin represented Austria at the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics. He competed in the middleweight division and was eliminated in the pool stage. At the European Championships that same year Klischin won the bronze medal, and in 1997 added a silver medal. After his active career, he turned to coaching.
