Biography
Prosper Bruggeman rowed at the 1900 Paris Olympics, winning a silver medal in the eights with the Royal Club Nautique de Gand crew, also known as the Koninklijke Roeivereniging Club Gent. Bruggeman was a director at Royal Gand in 1893 and was with the Royal Club Nautique de Gand as a director from 1900-01 and from 1904-05.
