Biography

Oskar Forsman was the son of a farmer in Espoo. With the coxed four crew from Helsinki, he lost to the eventual bronze medalists from Denmark in the quarter-finals of the 1912 Olympic Games. In the following year he was in the boat winning the Nordic championship.
