Anne Dickmann was a West German rower who finished an unfortunate fourth with the coxed quadruple sculls at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. She was World Championship runner-up in 1978, again with the quadruple sculls. She could not participate in the 1980 Moscow Olympics due to the US-led boycott of the Western countries.
Dickmann won five national titles with the coxed quadruple sculls from 1978-80, and 1984-85. She added another title with the double sculls in 1982, with non-Olympian Bärbel Reichmann.
