Biography
West German rower Heike Neu was a member of both the coxed fours and coxed eights crews at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. She finished sixth in both events. That same year, the coxed fours crew won the national title. Neu was also successful in 1986 and 1989 (now in a coxless fours). She also won the coxless pairs with Elke Riesenkönig in 1985.
