Biography
The West German coxed fours placed 12th at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics. The crew did not start in the B-final due to the illness of two crew members. Cox Stefan Armbruster rowed together with Niko Ott, Peter Berger, Udo Brecht and Hans-Johann Färber of RV Neptun Konstanz and also earned the 1968 West German national title. Armbruster won the national title in the coxed pairs with Ott and Berger in 1967.
