Biography
Rower Norbert Kothe finished an unfortunate fourth with the West German quadruple sculls at the 1976 Montréal Olympics. The same year, the boat won the West German national title. He added three more national titles from 1973-75. in the double sculls with Helmut Wolber. Kothe later became a security co-ordinator with the Club für Wassersport Porz in Cologne.
