Lajos Gráf was a member of the Hungária EE. Initially he took part in single sculling, but became better knwn as part of the successful ”Hungárian eight”, who finished seventh at the 1912 Olympics. Gráf’s brother, Frigyes, participated as a gymnast in the 1906 and 1908 Olympics. After finishing his sports career, Lajos worked as an engineer and construction enterpreneur. In 1949, he commited suicide by hanging himself.
