Biography
Belgian sports shooter Gilbert Duchateau specialised in trap shooting. Duchateau competed in the trap event at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics where he finished in 33rd place, just ahead of compatriot Étienne Vivier. Duchateau finished seventh in trap at the 1989 European Shooting Championships in Zagreb.
